Information Session – Shared Facilities Agreement

Dear Owners:

Because many of you have asked a series of questions, the Board of Directors would like to invite you to an Information Session on the Shared Facilities Agreement (SFA). The meeting will be chaired by our special counsel, who is assisting the Board in resolving outstanding SFA issues.  The purpose of this Session is to review with you the contents of the SFA, outline the roles and responsibilities, summarize the issues we are currently experiencing, and explain what all this means to you.  The information portion of the Session will be approximately half an hour long, followed by a Question and Answer period.

This Information Session will be held on Wednesday October 10, 2012, at 7:00 p.m.  Registration will start at 6:30 p.m.  We ask that you please confirm your attendance with the Front Desk before Friday October 5, 2012, to enable us to plan for an appropriately-sized room and adequate refreshments.  The session will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, 350 Dalhousie St. in the Laurier Room.
