Filter Replacement

Dear 90 George Residents:

Filters in your air exchange units should be replaced every two-three months, or more often as required, i.e. when they become filled with dust and particles.  This will help maintain the life and efficiency of the motor in your air exchanger, and ensure clean air in your units.

Filters are available at most hardware stores.  However, to help residents with this task, filters will be available through the Front Desk starting on April 25th, 2011 at a cost of $5.00 each.  Payment can be made by cheque for either: 4 filters x $5= $20 or 6 filters x $5= $30.

If you need help with the installation of the filters, the Superintendent will install the filters on a bi-monthly basis starting April 25, 2011, providing you give him prior permission to access your unit once every second month whether you are in or not.  This arrangement can be made by contacting the Front Desk at 613-680-5793 or frontdesk@90georgeliving.com

Please note that maintenance and repair of your air exchanger remains your responsibility.
