Dear Residents,
I just wanted to clarify what previous memos had stated about “leaving your heat turned on” In these cold spells we require your system to command heat as much as possible. This means that you should set you thermostats to read minimum 21 degrees at all times. While this will not cause a heat demand constantly, it should be adequate to ensure proper water circulation through your radiators. In addition to this thermostat setting please, periodically touch all your radiators to ensure they are providing heat.
Happy New Year!!!!
Regards,
Dan Fried, R.C.M.
