New Development in the Neighborhood – Land Registry Building

There’s a new development proposal for the Land Registry parcel on Nicholas St (this is the empty lot along Nicolas near the Rideau Centre).

This would be a new feature of the skyline for our building’s south-facing units.

TL;DR – 288 units, 100% rental, occupancy date 2026.

CF Rideau has also stated the possibility of using the “Red Parking Garage” in the mall for further development.
